I have been riding for over 25 years, what else is there too learn?
In 2025 there are over almost 43 million vehicles on our busy UK roads, that has increased from 16 million in 1985. We are all ageing and with that eyesight, reaction time and rider skills fade over time. Continual rider training with check rides are a fundamental part of safe and confident competent riding.
I am low in confidence as I suffer with anxiety, can you help me?
Yes, we are members of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders England and are trained and accredited to help.
There is no better coping mechanism than motorcycling, especially advanced motorcycling with clarity and confidence.
I have only been riding for 6 months, is this course for me?
Yes, this course is designed to give all riders a comprehensive introduction to into advanced riding skills and techniques.
What qualifications do you have?
I have been riding for over 40 years and over 10 years at an advanced level. I took an ERS course with Steve Clayton on a Harley Davidson Limited Ultra CVO and got the bug from touring with Dragon Moto.
I have gained the status of IAM Masters Mentor and been awarded RoSPA & BMF Gold several times. I am currently a Tutor for RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders as well as a C carded DVSA CBT & ERS Instructor.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, our instructors are members of the Driving Instructors Association (DIA) and have upto £25 million insurance cover for both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
We also have access to an ADI helpdesk and support service.
What are the eligibility requirements for the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme?
To be eligible for the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme, you need to have riding experience, a valid motorcycle licence, complete the required modules and pass the assessment.
There is a DVSA certificate issued on completion and you may qualify for cheaper insurance.
What additional services or courses does Enhanced-Rider.com?
In addition to the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme, we offer CBT, A1 training, A2 training and Direct Access courses with Riders Motorcycle Training Wolverhampton.
